About Us
The Penthouse is a community of 10 apartments of varied sizes, shapes & colors, from studio to 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and we who live here are just as varied as the apartments themselves.
We are diverse in size, shape, nationality, political and religious views, yet we enjoy the different viewpoints and experiences that each person brings to our dinner table. After just a short time here it begins to quickly feel like 'family'.
Although community is prevalent, privacy & independence are also important and each individual is able to live life as they choose by having and creating a living space in their apartment that reflects their own desires and style.
Not having to worry about the minutia of life, such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, paying bills, maintaining a property, etc. gives each person living at the Penthouse time to pursue hobbies, to spend time with friends, to travel, to enjoy themselves in whatever way they desire, while freeing them of the everyday chores.
Although we are not an assisted living facility, each one here benefits from feeling secure knowing there are people around should an emergency ever occur.
